Kone na betóne (Horses on concrete)

This series of photographs shows the contrast between the environment of Petržalka and the horses living in its center. Riding in Petržalka began in the 1970s, when the racetrack was transferred from the Svätý Jur and rebuilt into the center of this concrete jungle. Today, paradoxically, there are 6 riding clubs, including the one I ride in. In my work, I have captured the absurd situations that arise from the combination of these two different aspects (city and nature) and point out how people change the land in their favor, regardless of the unnaturalness of this combination.
